My major in college was Human Resources and I’ve been in the HR and safety field for over 20 years. I love helping people solve their challenges and the complexity of compliance. In early 2017, I decided to engage my entrepreneurial spirit and founded Human Resources ROI to work directly with local New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts organizations.

My education includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Global Studies, Graduate Certificates in Human Resources Management and in Social Media Marketing, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration and Psychology.

My six years as an Adjunct Professor with Southern NH University and the University of NH have helped fine-tune my training and facilitation ability. Over the past years, I have led 60+ degree courses and certificate program workshops. I’m a Certified Senior HR Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and have helped dozens of HR professionals through their HR certification exam preparation process.

I’m also a Certified Safety Management Specialist through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). I have a special interest in the safety field after supporting manufacturing workplaces for many years.

I’m an active business community member with many associations, including the Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA) through SHRM, local Chamber of Commerce Associations in NH, ME, and MA, and the NH Business & Industry Association (NH BIA). I’m also involved in my community as a Board Member and Head Coach for Rochester Youth Soccer Association (RYSA) and a supporter of Cocheco Valley Humane Society and the Center for Wildlife in Cape Neddick, Maine.
