I’ve worked in the Human Resources profession for over 20 years in the Seacoast Area of New Hampshire. During this time, I had the wonderful opportunity to work, learn, and grow with several great start-up organizations.
My career initially started out in Office Management, wearing many hats ranging from accounting and administration to human resources and facilities management. I soon realized that I wanted to focus on the talent of the company as that is where the real assets of a business exist. This is what sparked my interest in Human Resources. I love helping and learning from people and along the way, aiding in their personal and professional successes.
In pursuit of my passion for Human Resources, I set my sights on attaining my certification in Human Resources. While working full-time, I earned and still maintain my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and gained my second certification (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and completed my BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
I am an active member of the Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA) and in the past, served on their Board of Directors and Membership Committee. Within my community, I volunteered to write an Employee Handbook for a local CSA and often help family in friends with various personal and business challenges.
