Amy has been in the HR and Safety fields for over 24 years and has undergraduate degrees in Human Resources and Psychology, an MBA, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She is a certified senior HR professional with the Society of Human Resource Management and an accredited safety management specialist with the national Board of Certified Safety Professionals. 


Amy teaches for the University of New Hampshire and is enrolled at the Maine School of Law to focus on employment and privacy law’s growing and complex fields, Amy will be a practicing attorney in 2022. Amy is also regularly featured in articles and interviews, including Business NH Magazine.


Amy enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, family, friends, pets, and coaching and playing soccer. Her favorite quote is, ” “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” ~Henry Ford.

Gayle O’Connor, SHRM-SCP, PMP | Senior Partner

Gayle excels at leading HR change initiatives through program development and project management, solves HR challenges with practical business solutions, and creates and delivers educational programs to a broad audience.  She serves both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in New England and manages our Nonprofit Initiative, including our monthly peer-to-peer sessions.

She has been a human resource practitioner for 25+ years, has an undergraduate degree in Business Management, and a graduate certificate in Personnel & Industrial Relations. She is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 


HR practice areas include job design and analysis, recruiting and staffing, HR compliance, organizational structure, training & development, performance management, human resource information system selection, design, and architecture, as well as employee engagement and communication. 


Outside of work, Gayle enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her adorable Fox Terrier, Henley, kayaking, skiing, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors in whatever shape it takes throughout the year in New England.

Tonya Rochette, MBA | Senior Partner

Tonya has over 26 years of experience in the Human Resources field that has been shaped by thriving in vastly different organizations throughout consulting for more than twelve years and working in-house wearing various hats. Industries supported have included large US-based manufacturing and supply chain, big-box retail, distribution, and global manufacturing.

This experience has allowed her to gain exposure to several HR experiences and the obstacles presented, developing her background into astonishing diversity. She is incredibly passionate and purposeful in the technical areas of HR technology, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.


Her MBA from the University of New Hampshire strengthened her understanding of business operations. At the same time, her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Management, and Labor Relations helped develop her knowledge of organizational leadership.


Tonya also enjoys paddle boarding, golf, and spending time with her family. Her favorite quote is, “To be one, to be united is a great thing. But to respect the right to be different is maybe even greater.” ~ Bono
