Monthly Virtual Nonprofit Peer-to-Peer Group
On the 3rd Tuesday each month from 8am to 9am, our group will discuss a new topic with various speakers and expert guests. All nonprofit leaders, HR, and office folks are welcome. There is no commitment and no cost to participate.
This year, we have covered the following critical topics for our members: COVID-19 and vaccines, wage and hour violations, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and wellness and stress in the workplace.
On October 19th, our guest speaker will be Joanna Bramer of Light House Advisory LLC, will speak to the group regarding the important concept of Contingency Planning, including understanding reserved funds and capital asset planning. In November, we’ll return to more traditional HR topics.
