On July 1, 2018, New Hampshire officially joined California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington D.C., prohibiting discrimination in employment, public accommodations, and housing on the basis of gender identity.
